Want to experience the entire range of wine? — It's time to ditch the staple wine you've been drinking and expand your palate. We want to take your taste buds on an adventure around the globe by offering you the opportunity to taste three different wines of the same noble grape.

Totara, Sauvignon Blanc 2017 -
Marlborough, New Zealand
Winemaker Notes: Bright yellow in the glass, with
hints of green at the core. This wine is punchy and aromatic on the nose showing notes of lemon, passion fruit and honey dew melon. Refreshingly lively on the palate, you will discover a core of rich citrus, stone fruit and a mouth-watering minerality. Pairs with all seafood dishes, salads, goat cheese, and spicy Thai or Indian Food.

Tolosa, Sauvignon Blanc 2017 -
Edna Valley, California
Winemaker Notes: Straw color with a hint of mercury and some green on the rim. On the nose, hot pepper jelly, starfruit, yellow plum with an undertone of orange
blossom and fresh thyme. The palate shows a seamless wine with a bright acidity that carries on, showcasing a
grassiness, limestone minerality, orange, thyme and ruby red grapefruit lingering on the finish alongside yellow nectarine.

Domaine Fouassier, Sancerre 2017
Loire, France
Winemaker Notes:
A beautiful light hue with golden green reflections. Bright and bouncy, with a ripe grapefruit and lime zest bouquet up front, giving way to a slightly softer hint of lemon pound cake. Flavors of fennel, star fruit and lightly
mulled peach mingle through the soft and lively almond-tinged finish. It is a marvelous companion to fish, seafood, and light meat dishes as well as alone as
an aperitif.

Noble grapes are also known as International Varieties which are grape varieties that are widely planted in most of the major wine producing regions and have widespread appeal. History has a lot to do with the prevalence of French wine grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.

The Grape of the Month Wine Tasting Event brings this unique culinary experience to Louisville, CO, pairing fine wines with delicious food for (1) Noble Wine each month.
