This American malt whiskey is distilled from Black Butte Porter wash and aged five years in new #4 American oak barrels. The result is a whiskey like no other. Each sip starts with tasting notes of toffee and caramel, hitting the middle palate with dark malt and rich chocolate flavors. Finally, the finish offers wonderful notes of tobacco, leather, and lingering oak. Given its dual origins, Black Butte Whiskey deserves a special place in the liquor cabinet.
